油气悬架四连杆导向机构的设计
he Design of Four-rod Suspension Guide Mechanism Of Hydro-pneumatic Suspension
悬架导向机构是悬架系统的主要元件之一,在一定程度上决定了车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。按照悬架导向机构的现代设计方法,本文对某型45吨矿用铰接车整体式后轴驱动后悬架导向机构设计进行了比较深入的探讨,分析了悬架导向机构的选型,建立了悬架导向机构的抗纵倾及侧倾模型,并进行了导向机构的运动学优化设计及动力学设计。车辆纵倾模型分析基于Matlab平台,得出了纵倾三维图;车辆侧倾及动力学分析基于Adams平台,建立了三维实体模型,得出了车辆在加速、制动和转向三种工况下的动力学分析曲线。在以上优化设计参数的基础上进行了铰和连杆的结构强度设计。
he guide mechanism of suspension system is critical to the performance of the suspension, which determines the riding comfort and control stability. This paper makes a deep research of a holistic transaxle suspension guide mechanism of a 45t artificial vehicle used for mining, and analyzes the choosing style of suspension guide mechanism. The models of anti-pitch and anti-roll are also set up in this paper to carry out the optimization design and dynamic design of the guide mechanism. the design method is proved by emulator to be practical. The anti-pitch vehicle model is based on the software of Matlab, and the optimization result is showed in the three-dimension picture; The analysis of anti-roll model is based on the Adams software, where three-dimension model is set up to analyze the three working conditions of speeding up, slowing down and steering. The result is showed by curves. Based on the above parameters, the designs of joins and rods structure intensity are carried out.
