Although effective, the optimal requirements have not yet been met. Propofol has a long history of pain in injection and has become a major aspect that restricts its application. If it can be better solved, it will bring more clinical prospects. Research purposes This article reviews published literature and reviews at home and abroad to review and summarize the mechanism and prevention of propofol injection to provide further ideas for this issue.
