基于多孔氧化铝薄膜的表面等离子共振传感器

本文利用二次阳极氧化法制备了规则有序的多孔氧化铝,通过在氧化铝表面沉积金属银,获得了周期结构金属薄膜,并对这种金属薄膜的表面等离子共振传感特性进行了研究。研究结果表明,表面镀有银膜的多孔氧化铝薄膜在特定波长处有透射增强现象。随着环境介质的改变,透射峰的位置也会发生移动,而且随着介质折射率的增加,透射峰的位置红移。制备样品的表面等离子体共振传感灵敏度约为72 nm/RIU。
Periodically structural metallic films are fabricated by depositing a silver layer on the surface of ordered porous alumina, and the surface plasmon resonance sensor properties are studied. Enhanced transmission phenomena are observed in the structural films. Moreover, the peak position of the surface plasmon resonance induced transmission band shows a red shift when the refractive index of the environmental media increases. The measured sensor sensitivity of the fabricated sample is 72 nm/RIU.
