化学改性橘子皮对Cu2+吸附性能的研究

以废弃橘子皮为原料,经醇浸-皂化-酸浸的化学改性手段制备了化学改性橘子皮生物吸附剂。并研究了其对Cu2+的吸附性能。考察了溶液pH值、吸附时间、Cu2+初始浓度及温度对吸附性能的影响,研究了吸附动力学及热力学。结果表明,吸附过程可以很好地用准二级动力学方程描述。吸附等温线用Langmuir方程拟合效果优于Freundlich方程,最大吸附容量为70.671mg•g-1。随着温度升高,Cu2+吸附率降低,吸附过程为放热过程。循环吸附实验表明经改性的橘子皮可重复使用5次以上。
In this study, chemically modified orange peel biosorbent was prepared through the processes of ethanol immersing-saponification-acid immersing by using waste orange peel as raw material. Copper adsorption by this biosorbent was investigated. Effects of various parameters, including solution pH, contact time, initial Cu2+ concentration and temperature, were studied by batch experiments and adsorption kinetics and isotherms were investigated. Kinetics was found to be best-fit pseudo-second order equations. Equilibrium was well described by Langmuir isotherms rather than Freudlich isotherms, and maximum adsorption capacity was 70.671mg•g-1. With increase of temperature, adsorption efficiency decreased, and the adsorption process was an exothermic process. The cycle experiments suggested that this biosorbent was suitable for repeated use for more than five cycles.
