板栗自交与异交后子房主要营养物质含量的变化规律

为探明板栗生殖发育期的营养物质基础,以迁西县主栽板栗品种'燕山早丰'为试材,定期采取人工自交与异交的子房,采用索氏抽提法、比色法、凯氏定氮法、原子吸收法等,对其授粉后5~50d子房主要营养物质含量进行了测定。结果表明:自交与异交子房可溶性总糖、淀粉、脂肪含量均呈"慢-快"上升的变化趋势,而蛋白质呈波动地变化规律;N含量变化基本呈"上升-下降-上升-下降"的趋势,P含量变化基本都呈"下降-上升-下降-上升"型波动的变化趋势,K含量变化基本呈"上升-下降"的变化趋势,B含量变化基本呈"下降-上升-下降"的波动变化趋势。研究结果可为板栗授粉受精期喷施(N、P、K、B)叶面肥,提高板栗产量提供了基础资料。
In order to verify the nutritional substances at reproductive development in chestnut, this paper using chestnut cultivar 'Yanshanzaofeng' as material from Qianxi county, regularly taking the ovaries after self- and -corss pollination. The changes of main nutritional substances in the ovary 0~50 day after pollination were determined by the soxhlet extraction, colorimetry, kjeldahl and atomic absorption method. The results were showed that the ovary of soluble sugars, starch and fat content were tested "slow - fast" trend upward, while the protein were radiate fluctuations. The content of N change was substantially "up - down - up - down "trend, P content was " down - up - down - up "trend-type fluctuations, K content change was " up - down "trend, B content change was " down - up - trend down "fluctuations. The results could be sprayed (N, P, K, B) fertilizer at the pollination and fertilization stage, which provided basic information for improving chestnut production.
