选择性聚团深度脱灰工艺试验研究

Experiment and research on deep cleaning by selective oil agglomeration

针对目前煤炭浮选存在的入料粒度越来越小,精煤灰分难以降低,浮选成本居高不下的一系列问题,本文采用选择性聚团浮选分选方法对山西晋城无烟煤进行深度脱灰试验研究。研究了改变捕收剂用量和起泡剂用量等工艺措施对浮选效果的影响。结果表明,CATB乳化煤油为捕收剂的用量为24.5kg/t,异辛醇为起泡剂的用量为279g/t时,山西晋城无烟煤的浮选效果最好,此时精煤收率可达75.26%,可燃体回收率为86.51%。灰分为14.45%的原煤经过选择性团聚法脱灰后,精煤灰分可最低降至1.71%。

The experimental results showed that the influence of the effect for changing the amount of emulsified reagent and forther. When the amount of the collector that is the emulsified kerosene with CATB is 24.5kg/t, and the forther that is isooctyl alcohol is 279g/t, the efficiency is best, the recovery of the concentrate is 75.26%, and the combustible recovery of the concentrate is 86.51%. So after selective oil agglomeration, the raw coal containing 14.45% ash can be turned into clean coal with 1.71% ash.
