基于有限元法的减速器轴承座温度场研究
Study of the bearing block temperature field of reducer
本文运用传热学原理,提出了计算减速器轴承座温度场的数学模型,求解并得到其温度场的分布,为温度传感器安装点的选择及温度值的修正提供依据。最后建立实验装置,对计算结果进行检验。
In this paper mathematic model of bearing block temperature field was deduced based on thermal conduction theory, mathematic equations were calculated and the temperature field was given out providing reference for point choosing of assembling temperature probe and amending the temperature value. At last, built up the experiment device and carried out verification on calculation.
