从区域产业透视区域经济的差距
Explain regional economic disparities from a regional industry perspective
在经济的发展中不平衡的存在是必然的，区域间经济的不平衡也是绝对的。区域间适度的经济差距能够提高经济发展的效率，追求绝对的经济平衡是不可能的。要尽力做到的是区域间经济的协调发展，和谐统一，缩小区域间的经济差距。经济差距有人的意识、科技水平、资金吸引能力、自然状况、基础设施等诸多因素。基于国家对居民贫富差距，区域经济不平衡的关注，有必要分析其原因。“统筹发展、分区推进”的战略部署，就是要找出区域经济差距的根本原因，其目标之一就是缩小地区差距。区域产业正成为研究的热点，有必要从产业角度阐述区域经济的差距。进而为制订缩小区域间经济差距的政策寻找突破口。由于历史和现实，资源和政策等复杂因素的影响，产业间存在经济的较大不平衡，这也是区域经济差距产生的重要原因。
