提出一种利用标志点的对应关系完成视觉测量三维数据拼接的方法。在被测曲面上粘贴一定数量的标志点,通过大视场数码相机进行全景拍摄,计算标志点在全局坐标系下的三维坐标,构成全局测量控制点集。三维扫描仪置于被测曲面周围不同位置,获得局部扫描点云,同时根据局部拍摄图像计算标志点在局部坐标系下的三维坐标,构成局部测量控制点集。通过至少3个非共线标志点解算局部坐标系到全局坐标系的变换,从而将实现局部三维数据的拼接。该方法操作简便,适合现场使用。实验结果表明,拼接后x、y和z坐标的RMS误差分别为0.17mm,0.11mm,0.10mm。

In this paper, a 3D data registration method using mark points was proposed for vision measurement. Mark points were attached to the measured objects, and the images of mark points were captured by a digital camera from different viewpoints. Then the coordinates were determined, forming the global measurement control points. The 3D scanner was placed in different positions to get the local cloud points and the local coordinates of the mark points, which formed the local measurement control points. The transformation from the local to the global coordinate frame was computed using at least three non-collinear mark points, thus the 3D data registration was accomplished. The proposed method is convenient and applicable in field measurements. Experimental results shows that the registration error in x, y, z axis are 0.17mm,0.11mm,0.10mm respectively.
