实施性研究综合框架（CFIR）更新解读
实施性研究综合框架（CFIR）能够帮助研究者明确对实施进展和效果产生影响的潜在因素和实际因素，是实施科学领域中常用的理论框架之一。CFIR 于 2009 年被首次提出，至今已有 13 年的发展历史。2022 年，CFIR 开发团队基于用户反馈对 CFIR 进行了更新，在原先框架结构的基础上新增 21 个构成要素和 19 个次级构成要素，对部分构成要素进行了调整，并对一些概念进行了重新定义，最终形成了实用性更佳、通用性更强的 CFIR 2.0。本文旨在对 CFIR 的开发背景、起源和更新内容进行梳理、介绍，以期为国内研究者理解和使用 CFIR 2.0 提供参考借鉴。
he Consolidated Framework for Implementation ResearchCFIR is a commonly used theoretical framework in the field of implementation sciencewhich helps researchers identify potential and actual influencing factors of the progress and effectiveness of implementation. CFIR was firstly proposed in 2009 with a 13-year history of development. In 2022the CFIR development team updated CFIR based on user feedbackadding 21 constructs and 19 subconstructs to the original framework structureadjusting some of the constructs and redefining certain conceptsresulted in CFIR 2.0 which is more practical and general. This paper aims to provide a reference for domestic researchers to understand and use CFIR 2.0 by reviewing and introducing the development backgroundoriginand update content of CFIR.
