大跨径连续箱梁桥边跨不设合拢段的施工方法得到越来越广泛的应用,但该方法受温度影响非常大,为了了解温度效应对该施工方法的作用,以武汉某连续箱梁桥左幅边跨合拢施工方法为工程背景,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件精确仿真计算∏构箱梁的非线性温度场,分析了∏构箱梁在温度效应作用下的挠度和应力分布情况,并研究了可以有效消除温度效应的具体方法,进而验证了边跨不设合拢段施工方法的可行性。

he construction method of setting without closing segment on side span of long continuous box-girder bridge has been widely used and is influenced by temperature tremendously. In order to understand temperature effect on the role of this construction method .Taking side span closure of a continuous box-girder bridge in Wuhan as example. It introduces applying the finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate nonlinear temperature field of ∏ structure box-girder and analyses deflection and stress result of ∏ structure under the effect of temperature. It also researches the method to eliminate the effect of temperature and proves the mobility of construction method of setting without closing segment on side span.
