煤基车用替代燃料润滑性的研究

Study on Lubricity of Coal-base Alternative Vehicle Fuel

燃料润滑性是燃料的重要特性之一。煤基燃料二甲醚、甲醇和F-T柴油都是压燃式发动机的良好清洁替代燃料,但是这些煤基替代燃料的物理化学特性与传统的柴油燃料不同, 当前的燃料润滑性评定方法不是非常适用于这些煤基燃料, 因此研究这些煤基替代燃料润滑性的评定方法是当务之急。本文采用油泵试验法进行煤基车用替代燃料润滑性的研究,结果表明油泵试验法是一种较适合煤基车用替代燃料润滑性评定的方法。试验也同时表明二甲醚、甲醇燃料的润滑性较差,煤基F-T柴油的润滑性相对于二甲醚和甲醇燃料要好。

Fuel lubricity is one of important property of fuel. Coal-base fuels such as dimethyl ether, methanol and F-T diesel are good alternative clean fuel for compression ignited combustion engine. However, due to the different physical and chemical properties of these coal-base alternative fuels from conventional diesel fuel, the current lubricity assessment method may be not suitable for these coal-base fuels. So it is urgent to study the lubricity assessment method for these coal-base fuels. In this paper a full scale pump method is used to assess the fuel lubricity. Results show that it may be a good lubricity assessment method for coal-base vehicle alternative fuels. Experimental results also prove DME and methanol have poor lubricity, while the lubricity of F-T diesel is better than them.
