在船体曲面钢板的生产加工中,对钢板的成型检测,目前还是主要依靠熟练工人的经验和手工完成。因此,本文对大型曲面钢板自动成型检测方法进行了研究,采用考虑钢板加工塑性变形因素的曲面展开方法来检测钢板的纵向成型,通过对钢板横向曲率半径的误差分析来检测钢板的横向成型情况。本文研究的检测方法,不仅能够对曲面钢板的成型情况进行自动检测,而且能够为未成型钢板的修正提供具体可靠的指导,是实现整个大型曲面钢板加工过程自动化的重要组成部分。

In the researches of automatic plate forming for double-curved plate, the automatic forming inspection is an important technique. In this paper, a new method has been developed to inspect the transverse shape and the longitudinal shape of inspecting surface in comparison with those of formed surface. The longitudinal shape of plate surface has been inspected based on a shell plate development in consideration of the plastic deformation generated in the process of plate forming, while the transverse shape has been inspected by error analyses of cross-curvature radius. The method presented in this paper can not only be applied to the automatic forming inspection, but provide directions for the reworking of unformed plate.
