枳实的化学成分研究

目的:研究芸香科柑橘属植物枳实干燥幼果的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分,对其中的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱(Sephadex LH-20),制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据对化合物进行了结构鉴定。结果 从枳实的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:N-Benzoyl tyramine methyl ether(1), 桔皮晶(2), 5-降甲基蜜桔黄素(3), isomeranzine(4), 蜜桔黄素(5)。化合物1为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
im of this study: To study on the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extraction of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, including isolation and structure determination. Materials and methods: Sephadex LH-20, silica gel and prepative liquid chromtagrahpy were used to isolate the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extraction systematically and the isolates were determined based on their physical and chemical properities as well as spectral data. Results: Five compounds were isolated and determined as N-Benzoyl tyramine methyl ether(1), tangeretin(2), 5-normethylnobiletin(3), isomeranzine(4), nobiletin(5). Compounds 1 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
