直接转矩控制可以使无刷直流电机达到优越的控制性能,而通常计算转矩需要反电势信息,对于中点未引出且无埋入测试绕组的电机来说准确计算反电势是一大难题。本文所提出的扩展状态自适应滑模观测器可以准确地估算反电势,同时可以估算出连续位置信号,可以使直接转矩控制在一般的无刷直流电机控制甚至是无位置传感器中得到应用,并得到良好的控制性能。

irect torque control of the BLDC motor can achieve superior control performance, while it is a problem that it is hard to measure the back EMF. Adaptive sliding mode observer is proposed in this paper so that back EMF can be accurately estimated, along with the continuous position signal. The observer can make the direct torque control for brushless DC motor control in general and even be used without position sensor, and obtain good control performance.
