家庭因素对宁波市农民工回流意愿的影响研究

Based on the questionnaire survey in Ningbo City,Zhejiang province,this paper analyses peasant-workers'return migration intention and its determining factors.The results show that most of them have the intention of coming back to their hometown for development and employment in the near future,and their return migration intention linked closely with their family factors,individual factors,social economic factors,regional factors and so on.In addition,after returning home the migrant peasant workers will not choose to return to the rural land.Finally the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Ningbo government to retard the trend of peasant-workers'return migration.
