目的 研究细胞周期相关因子sonic hedgehog(shh)在大鼠自体移植静脉中的表达变化.方法 wistar大鼠30只,建立颈静脉-腹主动脉移植模型,分为对照组、术后14天组及28天组。应用Real-time RT-PCR定量检测shh mRNA在移植血管中的表达变化。结果 Real-time PCR结果显示血管移植术后2、4周,shh mRNA表达显著增加。结论 自体静脉移植术后,shh在新生内膜中高表达并与VSMC增殖相关。

objective To study the expression of cell cycle related factor shh in autogenous vein graft. Method Autogenous vein graft model were established in 30 wistar rats by transplanting the left jugular vein to intra renal abdominal aorta with microsurgical technique.Graft veins were harvest at 14、28 days after transplantation. shh mRNA was measured by quatitative Real-time-RT-PCR. Results The mRNA of shh was upregulated in the graft vein. Conclusion sonic hedgehog is upregulated in autogenous vein grafts.
