随着客户产生的数据量急剧增长、可用于分析的属性越来越多,电信运营商在客户关系管理上面临严峻挑战。数据可视化和可视数据挖掘使挖掘者参与到数据挖掘的过程,实现对数据的充分理解,同时为数据挖掘提供合理的方向。本文提出一个基于客户属性映射的可视化模型用于对电信客户离网率进行可视数据挖掘,对结果进行分析寻找分布规律。首先,对现有数据进行分析,选择运营商关注的主要属性作为可视化目标;其次,根据所选择的属性进行可视化设计,得到映射方案;最后,将实际数据输入模型得出可视化结果,从结果中发现用户分布规律并验证。

With customers produce data rapidly, an increasing amount of attributes can be used to analyze, telecommunication operators are plagued to serious challenges. Data visualization and visual data mining make miner participate in the mining process, provide a solid comprehension of data and a reasonable direction for data mining. This paper provide a visual model based on customer attribute projection to analyze telecommunication customer churn, then anaylze the result to find interesting patterns. First, anaylze data to choose key attributes for visualization. Second, make a visualization design to conclude a projection scheme. At last, put customer data into model and get the result, find and verify interesting patterns.
