老年人真的"为老不尊"吗？--"被拒载"事件的案例分析

Purpose: China is in the dual social form of aging and digitalization, and the media opinion field seems to form the stigma image of the old adults as "not respecting the old". In the space of public network public opinion, this study explored the social attitude and emotional tendency of netizens towards the elderly and the public opinion anomie mechanism of "not respecting the old". Methods: The case of "the old adult without health code was refused by bus drivers" from sina weibo as was selected as the empirical research object, and Sina Weibo was used as the data source. Python web crawler was used to obtain public opinion data source. And ROST CM6 is used to sentiment analysis, word frequency analysis and social semantic network analysis. Results: There were 849 positive emotions (49.74%), 267 neutral emotions (15.64%) and 591 negative emotions (34.62%) toward the case. The word frequency analysis results showed that the world of "old adult" were cited 825 times, the world of "health" were cited 551 times, and the world of "mobile phone" were cited 332 times. The main elements of the core network are: the old adult, health and approach. Conclusion: In the space of weibo public opinion, netizens have a positive overall emotional attitude towards the current issue of "the elderly without health code was refused by bus drivers". The anomie of public opinion is due to the interaction of multiple stakeholder. The COVID-19 pandemic is the core scene for this topic to hit the top of the list, while the old adult\'s deficient use of intelligent technology and media literacy are the fundamental reasons for this topic to top the list. The institutional environment in which this issue occurs is that the institutionalism of policy implementation is more important than activism under the crisis circumstances. The market environment in which this issue is hot is that modern intelligent technology is excluding the older adult from the social process.
