含齿面磨损的多源激励下行星齿轮传动系统均载性能研究
Study on the load sharing performance of planetary gear transmission system under multi-source excitation with tooth surface wear
针对行星传动系统在运行过程中存在各部件载荷分配不均,从而影响传动系统的平稳性的问题,本文以某两级行星传动系统为研究对象,引入级间相对浮动、齿侧间隙、综合啮合误差、时变啮合刚度等内外部激励,建立了考虑齿面磨损影响的传动系统的平移-扭转耦合非线性动力学模型。得到了齿轮动态啮合力和齿轮副均载系数,全面分析了齿面磨损次数、有无级间相对浮动间隙时的综合啮合误差、齿轮支承刚度对均载性能的影响规律,为深入研究行星齿轮系统平稳性奠定了理论基础。
In view of the problem that the load distribution of each component was uneven during the operation of the planetary transmission system, which affected the stability of the transmission system. A two-stage planetary transmission system was considered as the research object, and introduced the internal and external excitation such as relative floating between stages, gear backlash, comprehensive meshing error, time-varying meshing stiffness, and established a translation-torsion coupling nonlinear dynamic model of the transmission system considering the impact of tooth surface wear. The dynamic meshing force of the gear and the load sharing coefficient of the gear pair were obtained, and the influence of the number of tooth surface wear, the comprehensive meshing error with and without the relative floating clearance between stages, and the gear support stiffness on the load sharing performance were comprehensively analyzed, which laid a theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of the stability of the planetary gear system
