基于ANSYS的高强度螺栓预紧研究
Study on high strength bolt preloading by using ANSYS
高强度螺栓广泛应用于工程领域,但对螺栓预紧的研究是一项复杂而困难的工作。本文在理论计算的基础上,利用ANSYS软件建立预紧力单元法和模拟扳手预紧法模型对螺栓预紧进行模拟研究,通过对预应力和扭矩系数的比较得出最佳的螺栓预紧模拟计算方法,从而为螺栓预紧实际操作和理论研究提供依据。
High strength bolts are widely applied in engineering practice, but it is quite complex and difficult to study bolt pretension. In this paper, based on theoretical calculations, using ANSYS software to establish pretension element method and simulating wrench preloading method models to simulate bolt preloading. By comparison of prestress and turque coefficient the best preload simulation methods can be found, So as to provided bases for bolt preloading Practical and theoretical research。
