钯铂合金二十四面体的制备及其催化性能研究

铂族金属纳米材料是燃料电池,石油化工等领域中广泛使用的催化剂,进一步提高其催化活性、稳定性和利用效率一直是相关领域的重大科学问题和关键工程技术问题。以单晶面为模型催化剂的基础研究指出铂族金属高指数晶面由于含有高密度的台阶原子和扭结原子,其催化活性明显优于(111)、(100)等低指数晶面。本文利用方波电位法处理铂钯前驱体的混合溶液成功制备出了由{10 3 0}晶面围成的钯铂合金二十四面体,其对甲酸的电催化氧化有着很好的催化活性。
Platinum-group metal nanomatrrials are widely used as catalysts applied in fuel cells,petrochemical industrial and other important fields. The key scientific and technological issue of platinum is to further improve their activity,stability and utilization efficiency. Fundamental studies of single-crystal model catalysts have demonstated that high-index planes of platinum-group metals exhibit planes,such as (111),(100),and even(110),because the high-index planes have a high density of atomic steps,ledges,and kinks,which usually serve as active sites for breaking chemical bonds. In this paper,THH Pd-Pt alloy nanocrystals are cucessfully synthesized by applying an electrochemical square-wave potential method.The catalysts show high activity towards formic acid electrooxidation.
