随着互联网的迅猛发展,卫星通信应用范围越来越广泛,星载交换机是卫星通信系统的重要组成部分,本文根据星载交换机带宽和接口的需求设计了一个异构链路混合交换系统。链路接口板,以Altera Arria系列的FPGA作为核心处理芯片,该芯片具有低功耗、速度快、性能稳定等特点满足系统需求。链路接口板卡同时支持千兆和万兆同时双向收发传输,最大传输带宽达10Gbps。同时在传统交换机的基础上增加了视频采集板卡,支持2路VGA采集、1路HDMI采集和4路摄像头采集,可直接对模拟视频信号进行转换。该系统通过CPCI构架将高速链路板卡和视频采集板卡和交换背板连接起来形成一个具有视频采集和转发的高速交换机系统;该系统针对可靠性问题,进行了硬件冗余设计和软件数据备份;针对电源问题,分析了系统所需功耗,并设计出满足系统需求的供电方案;针对10G信号完整性问题,从反射、串扰和电源完整性等多个角度进行研究分析,并提出了相应的设计方案。

In view of the reliability problems, the hardware redundancy and software data backup; Needed for power supply problem, the paper analyzes the system power consumption, and designed to meet the system requirements of power supply scheme; For the 10 g signal integrity problems from different angles such as reflection, crosstalk and power integrity analysis research, and proposed the corresponding design scheme.
