褐煤吸附苯酚的影响因素研究

Influences factors for adsorption of phenol from wastewater by lignite

本文以煤制油废水中主要难降解有机物苯酚为研究对象,利用褐煤的比表面积和表面官能团的吸附能力,实现对苯酚的吸附前处理。实验采用序批式方法,在正交试验的指导下,考察了溶液初始pH值、反应温度、煤粉投加量以及反应时间等因素对褐煤吸附苯酚的影响。研究表明,褐煤粒径在0.25-0.50mm之间、褐煤投加量=100g/L、pH=6、温度T=25℃、反应时间t=1.5h 时,褐煤对苯酚的吸附性能最佳。

Lignite was studied to adsorb phenol from coal-to-liquids wastewater for larger surface area and oxygen sites. Batch sorption experiments were performed to evaluate the influences of various experimental parameters like adsorbent size, initial pH, temperature, adsorbent dose and contact time on the removal of phenol under the guidance of orthogonal experiment. Optimum conditions for phenol removal were found to be adsorbent size between 0.25mm and 0.50mm, pH=6, T=25℃,adsorbent dose = 100g/L of solution and equilibrium time ≈ 1.5 h.
