Influence of dosage of absorbing reagents in inorganic absorbing coating on microwave absorption properties

本文以石墨作为吸波剂,钠水玻璃作为成膜物质来制备一种无机吸波涂层,通过雷达反射率测量,研究吸波剂掺量对吸波涂层吸波性能的影响。结果表明,在涂层厚度为1mm,吸波剂含量为30%时,涂层吸波有良好的效果,其在频率为9.5GHz、12.5GHz和17GHz的微波反射率可以达到-4dB到-5dB。

he inorganic absorbing coating was prepared by graphite which has been used of absorbing reagent. The influence of dosage of absorbing reagents in absorbing coating has been tested and then discussed. The experimental results show that when the thickness of absorbing coating was 1mm and the absorbing reagents was about 30%, the microwave absorption properties of absorbing coating is good. When the frequency of microwave is 9.5GHz, 12.5GHz and 17GHz, the reflectance ratio of the absorbing can be reached -4dB to -5dB.
