超薄BiOI纳米片在SiO2/Si基底上的CVD合成
VD synthesis of BiOI ultrathin nanoplates on SiO2/Si substrate
近年来,有关二维材料的研究层出不穷,越来越多的二维材料成功地通过化学气相沉积法进行了制备。本文通过化学气相沉积法成功地在二氧化硅/硅基底上直接制备得到了不同厚度的BiOI纳米片。硅片上生长的BiOI纳米片具有平整的表面形态, BiOI纳米片最薄的厚度可以达到1.6 nm。通过光学显微镜,拉曼,X-射线衍射,透射电子显微镜等一系列表征,证实了我们得到的BiOI纳米片是具有高结晶质量的单晶。
In recent years, there are numerous researches foucus on the two-dimensional materials (2D materials). More and more two-dimensional materials have been successfully prepared by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD). By a simple CVD method, we have successfully prepared BiOI nanoplates with different thicknesses on SiO2/Si substrate. BiOI nanosheets grown on SiO2/Si substrate have smooth surface morphology, and the thinest thickness of BiOI nanosheets can reach 1.6nm. Through optical microscopy, Raman, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and a series of characterization, it was confirmed that the obtained BiOI nanosheet is a single crystal with high crystalline quality.
