从肝论治胃癌现状与展望

hina is a country with high incidence of gastric cancer and most of the patients were diagnosed in the advanced stage and lost the opportunity for radical surgery.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as one of the important components of multidisciplinary and comprehensive therapeutic approach for gastric canceracts not only to enhance the efficacy but also reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy. TCM has unique advantage in improving the quality of life and extending the lifespanof the patients with gastric cancer.This paper summarizes the experience of TCM physicians who have used the TCM Liver theory in the treatment of gastric cancer , introduces its basic and clinical researches and also carries out preliminary evaluation of the specific features and advantages of theory and practice of the TCM Liver theory in the treatment of gastric cancer.
