区域环境规划方法研究

Regional environmental planning takes a guiding role in regional environmental protectiong and pollution control, and regional environmental planning methods are of vital importance in the formulating process of regional environmental planning. There are three key technologies in the regional environmental planning methods, which are regional environmental quality assessment methods, environmental forecasting methods and environmental planning optimaization methods. In this paper, main methods with these key technologies and their applications were discussed. Also, some comments on the problems and outlook of the regional environmental planning were given.
