Barrett食管 (Barrett's esophagus, BE)是食管腺癌的癌前病变，治疗BE对早期食管腺癌及部分贲门癌的预防和治疗很有意义。传统的抑酸治疗效果不确切，外科手术切除创伤过大，降低患者术后的生活质量。近些年内镜治疗技术的发展开启了BE微创治疗研究的大门。本文就BE及其相关肿瘤的常用内镜微创治疗方法的研究进展、远期疗效及相关并发症做一综述。?????
Barrett's esophagus (BE) is precursor lesion for esophageal adenocarcinoma, which makes the treatment of BE is meaningful for preventing and curing esophageal adenocarcinoma and gastric cardia cancer. The efficacy of anti-acid is uncertain. Esophagectomy is considered as a procedure with more trauma and lower postoperative life quality. In recent years, endoscopic technology with the rapidly development has been successfully used in the treatment of BE. The aim of this review is to briefly present the research progress, long-term therapeutic efficacy and related complications on endoscopic treatment in BE and its related carcinoma. ?????
