Motion objects Detection Algorithm Based on Three Frame Differencing and Gaussian Model
本文提出一种基于三帧差分与高斯模型的运动目标检测算法。该算法首先对三帧差分后图像各像素点建立可靠的高斯背景模型,并使用高斯背景模型更新机制来适应场景的复杂多变性,然后将与高斯背景模型匹配后的两帧图像进行逻辑“与”运算,最后进行必要的后处理,获得准确的运动目标。在Matlab7.1仿真软件平台上进行实验,比较三帧差分法、混合高斯背景模型差分法和本文提出的算法,实验结果表明,该算法程序实现简单,能够有效地检测出背景中的运动目标,满足实时检测的需要。
his paper proposes a motion objects detection algorithm based on three frame differencing and Gaussian model. Firstly, a reliable Gaussian background of each pixel is established on three frame differencing images, and to adapt to the complicated variety of the scene using Gaussian background model updating mechanism. Then, two frames are done logic \"and\" operation after matching Gaussian background model. Finally, post-processing must be done as necessary to get accurate motion objects. In the software development platform of Matlab7.1, Comparative experiments on three frames differencing method, Gaussian Mixture Model background differencing method and the algorithm proposed by this paper. The simulation results show that this algorithm runs simply, can detect effectively the motion objects, and fits for real time detection.
