同轴直联车桥是纯电汽车上的主要承载件与传力件,其强度是否可靠直接决定了整车的安全性。先利用Solidworks对同轴直联车桥零部件进行三维建模,后导入ANSYS Workbench,对车桥进行有限元分析及疲劳寿命预测。分析和预测了同轴直联车桥在最大铅垂力典型工况下的结构强度和疲劳寿命。结果表明,仿真结果均满足设计要求,为实际生产提供理论依据。
