拟南芥酰基转移酶基因BAHD15功能研究

酰基转移酶(acyltransferase)是一个多功能蛋白质大家族,对维持机体正常功能有着重要作用。拟南芥酰基转移酶BAHD基因家族中BAHD15的功能尚不清楚,本论文在获得的BAHD15过量表达材料的基础上,通过对BAHD15表达谱分析、启动子融合分析和构建功能获得性突变体等方法,集中对拟南芥酰基转移酶基因BAHD15进行表达分析和和功能鉴定,阐明其对拟南芥生长发育的影响。目前获得的主要研究结果表明BAHD15基因能影响细胞的伸长和叶绿素的含量。
cyltransferase, a multifunctional protein family, plays an important role in maintaining the normal function of cells. The function of BAHD15, which belongs to Arabidopsis thaliana BAHD gene family, is not clear. To address this question, in this study we analyzed the expression patterns and function of BAHD15 in Arabidopsis, by the analysis of transgenic plants from promoter fusion and gain-of-function mutants. The main results are as follows: BAHD15 can affect cell elongation and chlorophyll accumulation in Arabidopsis.
