混凝土早期导热和导温系数试验研究

n Experimental Study on Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Diffusivity of Concrete at Early-age

根据平行热线法原理,设计了一种新的测量混凝土早期导热和导温系数的试验装置。该装置的主要仪器包括以下几部分:浇筑试模、加热探针、热敏电阻、数字万用表、高精度直流稳压电源、高精度温度显示仪表及其采集软件。同时,开展了关于混凝土早期导热和导温系数发展规律的试验研究。主要针对5种水灰比的混凝土试件,从浇筑完毕至完全硬化的过程中,全程测量了导热和导温系数随龄期发展的变化规律。试验结果表明,5种水灰比混凝土试件早期导热和导温系数的发展规律之间的差别并不显著,且表现出很好的一致性,这说明水灰比对混凝土早期导热和导温系数发展规律的影响不大。同时,对上述5种水灰比混凝土试件早期导热和导温系数发展规律的共性进行了详细的总结。另外,试验结果表明混凝土的导热和导温系数均随着水灰比的增大而减小。

On the basis of the hot wire parallel technique, a new apparatus which is used to measure the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of concrete at the early-age is designed. The apparatus is made up with seven parts which are the casting mould, heating probe, thermistor sensor, universal meter, power supply, temperature display instrument and the data acquisition software. Meanwhile, an experimental study on thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of hydrating concrete in their fresh state and during the course of 7d of hydration at 20℃.Variables investigated include five water-to-cement mass ratio. The experimental results indicate that no serious differences among the five group specimens on the development law of the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity during the hydrating process. And the regularity among the five group specimen shows a good consistency. Moreover, the general character on the development law has been summarized seriously. Further, the results show that the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of concrete decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio.
