基于PLC和组态软件的岳城水库自动化监控系统的研究与实现

本文以河北省岳城水库除险加固工程计算机自动化控制部分为工程背景,阐述了闸门自动化监控系统的研究与实现。岳城水库监控系统由现地控制层、集中控制层、远方控制层构成三层监控网络,并通过工业以太网组成一个整体网络;由施耐德Premium PLC作为下位机、施耐德Vigeo-Designer作为触摸屏监控软件、InTouch作为集中和远方工控机监控软件。实践已经证明岳城水库自动化监控系统方案设计的合理性、可行性、实用性。
In this paper, computer automation control of reinforcement project of Yuecheng reservoir in Hebei province is taken as engineering background which explains the research and implementation of the gate automation control system. Yuecheng reservoir monitoring system is made of the local control layer, centralized control layer and the remote control layer which are called the three layers monitoring network, and the whole network is formed through the formation of industrial Ethernet, Schneider Premium PLC as the lower computer, Schneider Vigeo-Designer as a touch screen monitoring software, In Touch as a monitoring software of centralized and remote IPC. Practice has proved Yuecheng reservoir's automation control system design is reasonable, feasible and practical .
