在线预测控制
On-line Predictive Control
摘 要:介绍以PCT-III型过程控制设备为对象,以组态王软件为平台,对水位实现在线预测控制。根据理论给定液位与通过牛顿7017模块实际采集液位比较,应用先进的优化算法,先预测下一步的液位,然后进行比较计算修正在线控制液位,使液位按照预定的轨迹到达给定液位。实验证明预测控制水位响应速度快,相对PID控制来说没有超调,比较精确,得到满意的控制效果。
On the base of King View, the water level of single case was controlled by the method of single step predictive command. Through the method, we need not understand inner-mechanism. And it is very easy to construct model. The experiment testifies that it is more accurate by predictive controlling than by PID controlling. The speed of response is very rapid. And there is no overshooting. The effect is satisfying.
