外源NO对黑藻生长和活性氧代谢相关酶的影响

用不同浓度(25、50、100、200、400μM)的外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(Sodium nitroprusside,SNP)处理水生植物黑藻。结果显示不同浓度的处理均可使植物生物量较对照有所增加。且低浓度SNP(25、50、100μM)则提高了植物的叶绿素含量,高浓度SNP(200、400μM)则作用相反。而类胡萝卜素含量则是低浓度(25、50、100μM)有所下降,而高浓度(200、400μM)有所增加。不同浓度(25、50、100、200、400μM)SNP处理均不同程度抑制了植物CAT和POD活性,而APX活性则是低浓度(25、50μM)抑制,其他处理增加。以上结果表明,低浓度外源NO对黑藻生长具有一定的保护和促进作用,可能是其降低了活性氧(ROS)水平及缓解了氧化伤害;而高浓度引起的伤害可能与NO与ROS的协同作用有关。

when the Hydrilla verticillata (L.f.) Royle was treated with different concentrations (25、50、100、200、400μM) of nitric oxide donor, sodium nitroprusside (SNP), Biomass showed increase by all the disposals. The content of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA) were increased and reduced by the lower concentrations(25、50、100μM), but reduced and enhanced by the higher concentration of SNP (.200、400μM). CAR are the antioxidants in the plant, which was reduced by the lower concentrations(25、50、100μM) and increased by the higher concentrations(200、400μM).All treatments(25、50、100、200、400μM) restrain the activities of CAT and POD to different extent, but the activity of APX was restrained by the lower concentrations(25、50μM).The present results suggested that the lower concentrations which might attribute to decrease the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the alleviation of further oxidative damage caused by ROS can protect and promote the growth of the Hydrilla verticillata (L.f.) Royle, and the damage casused by the higher SNP concentrations may relate with its cooperatation with ROS.
