智能决策支持系统(IDSS)在近几十年取得了巨大的发展，但是其机制仍旧没有突破人的干预这一障碍。本文提出一种新的决策方式，它既可作为研究决策系统的工具，也可以作为决策支持系统的研究工具，同时，分析其巨大的作用和前景，阐述它对智能进化的作用。
he Intelligence Decision Support System (IDSS) at was close to several decades to obtain the significant development, but its mechanism did not break the person to interfere this obstacle still. This text puts forward a kind of new decision method, it since can be the tool of the research decision system, can also be the decision the support research tool of the system, at the same time, analyze its huge function and foregrounds, elaborate it to the function that intelligence evolve.
