矿用移动救生舱是我国煤矿井下矿工的一种重要逃生装备。为了提高救生舱的抗爆性能,改善结构应力状况,提出了利用有限元设计优化的思路对其进行分析。本文通过三维设计软件SOLIDWORKS和有限元分析软件ABAQUS对救生舱进行三维建模和仿真计算,讨论其在冲击载荷下的应力分布状况,对其结构进行合理化改进,提高设备的安全性能。

Movable mine refuge chamber is a important equipment to protect coal mine miner form being hurt , in order to enhance the capability of resist blast and improve structural stress status , the analysis of using FEM design and optimize it .To discuss the distributing stress of Movable mine refuge chamber on blast load, Using solid works to establish model and Using and ABAQUS to simulate it, improve on the structure to be rationalization, and advance the security with it .
