目的 不同缓冲体系的腹透液可以调节腹膜水通道蛋白-1(AQP1)的表达,本论文主要研究不同缓冲体系腹透液对腹膜钠筛效应的影响。方法:通过免疫荧光检测大鼠腹膜AQP1的表达分布;采用不同葡萄糖浓度(2.3%和4.2%)、不同缓冲体系(碳酸氢盐和乳酸盐)的腹透液对大鼠进行2小时的腹膜平衡实验,评估腹膜的转运能力。结果:大鼠腹膜间皮细胞和内皮细胞有AQP1表达;碳酸氢盐缓冲腹透液对大鼠腹膜具有较快较强的钠筛效应。结论:碳酸氢盐缓冲腹透液对腹膜无溶质水转运能力更强,可能实现更好的超滤作用。

Objective: The expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) can be regulated by peritoneal dialysis (PD) fluids with different buffers. This paper is to study the regulation of peritoneal sodium sieving with various PD fluids. Methods: The expression of AQP1 was analyzed by immunofluorescence. Two-hour peritoneal equilibrium test (PET) in a rat model with various PD fluids was performed. Results: AQP1 was expressed in rat peritoneal mesothelial cells and endothelial cells. Bicarbonate-buffered peritoneal dialysis fluid increased peritoneal sodium sieving compared to that of lactate-buffered peritoneal dialysis fluid. Conclusion: Bicarbonate-buffered peritoneal dialysis fluid might better preserve the ultrafiltration capacity of peritoneum.
