基于静电除尘的转炉煤气净化技术分析

为了克服传统转炉煤气净化回收利用技术的诸多不足,分析了当前转炉煤气净化回收技术的发展现状和静电干法除尘的显著优点,介绍了煤气干法(LT法)净化回收系统及其应用情况.结果表明:转炉煤气干法净化回收技术优势明显,工艺系统简单可靠,应用效果良好,能为我国钢铁行业节能减排降耗提供新的技术手段,具有良好的推广应用前景.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional technology for recovery, purification and utilization of converter gas, we analyzed current developments of converter gas purifying & recovery technology and the remarkable advantages of electrostatic dust removal technique. Purifying and recovery system of dry method (LT method) to converter gas and its application were introduced. The results showed that there are obvious advantages by using the dry method, whose process system is simple and reliable, with an excellent applied effect. A new technical method, with good prospects in practical application, was proposed for the energy-saving and low consumption goal in Chinese’s steel & iron industry.
