消防水幕抑制重气扩散的实验研究

本文以二氧化碳气体为对象,通过敞开空间水幕稀释阻挡CO2扩散实验,分析了CO2泄漏时的浓度分布,对水幕稀释阻挡非水溶性重气扩散影响因素进行无量纲分析,主要针对泄漏源高度、泄漏源距水幕距离、水幕流量及泄漏流量这几个方面先进行了无量纲方面的研究,通过研究各影响因素从而推出了无量纲准数及水幕的稀释效率。本文定义了两个无量纲量:无量纲流量 和无量纲距离 。实验结果表明:K值不变时,随着泄漏流量的增大,水幕后CO2的浓度变大。泄漏流量相同时,测试点处CO2浓度随着K值的增大而减小。泄漏流量每增加1m3/h,为保持水幕后CO2的浓度不变,K值需要增加0.25。当 越接近0.6时,水幕后CO2的浓度越小,稀释效果越好。最后, 基于无量纲分析结果, 针对非水溶性重气泄漏扩散现场, 提出详尽的水幕设置建议,深化无量纲准数的研究意义。
In this paper, the carbon dioxide gas was selected as the object for studying. The distribution of leaking carbon dioxide gas' concentration was tested and analyzed through the experiment that how will the water curtain dilute and obstruct the diffusion of carbon dioxide gas in an open space. Then the diffusion mechanism of the water-insoluble heavy gas clouds which diluted through water curtain was conducted by dimensionless analysis. At the same time, the height of leakage source, the distance between water certain and leakage source as well as the flow of water curtain and leakage were the main parts of the dimensionless analysis. Through researching these a few influence factors, the dimensionless number and the dilution efficiency of the water curtain was put forward. And two dimensionless quantities were defined in this paper. The first one is dimensionless flow and the second is dimensionless distance . At last the experimental results show that when K value remained unchanged, the concentration of CO2 behind the water curtain would rise as the leaking flow increasing. And when the leaking flow was same, the concentration of CO2 at the test points would decrease with the increasing of the K value. In order to keeping the concentration of CO2 behind the water curtain unchanging, K value would need to add 0.25 for each 1m3/h of gas' leaking flow increasing. When was more and more close to 0.6, the concentration of CO2 behind water curtain was lower and lower, and the effect of dilution was better and better. Finally, in this paper, based on these results of dimensionless analysis, the detailed suggests which were about setting water curtain were proposed for the scene that the non-water-soluble heavy gas was leaking and spreading. And all these will deepen the significance of the non-dimensional quasi-numbers.
