低温养护条件下高延性磷酸镁水泥基复合材料力学性能试验研究
Mechanical properties of High ductility magnesium phosphate cementbased composite at low temperature
本文利用MPC的独特性能,通过掺加PVA纤维制备了高延性磷酸镁水泥基复合材料(HDMC),研究了温度0℃养护条件下HDMC的工作和力学性能。探索了粉煤灰、砂胶比(S/B)、水固比(W/B)等因素对复合材料抗压强度和拉伸性能的影响。经测试,温度0℃养护条件下HDMC的拉伸应变能力为0.96%~2.22%,拉伸强度约为2MPa;粉煤灰可以显著改善在低温养护条件下HDMC的力学性能。
In this paper present about the mechanical properties of Magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) effect of low temperature 0 oC on MPC material was analyzed. Uses the unique properties of MPC, blends PVA fiber to prepare high ductility magnesium phosphate cement-based composite material with excellent performance, and carries out the contents of fly ash, sand to binder mass ratio (S/B), water to binder mass ratio (W/B) on the workability, compressive strength, and tensile properties of the composite. MPC based engineered cementitious composite (MPC-ECC) was develop. The test of MPC-ECC have the tensile strain capacity ranging from 0.96% to 2.22% and tensile strength about 2 MPa. The results explain the influence of fly ash to the tensile strain capacity and it can improve the performance of MPC-ECC material under low temperature curing.
