基于有限元法的三相五柱变压器直流偏磁研究

直流偏磁现象是指有直流电流流过中性点到变压器的绕组中,这一现象将对变压器的正常运行产生不利的影响,导致变压器局部过热,铁心漏磁增大及绝缘老化。本文提出了一种在直流偏磁情况下研究三相五柱变压器空载的二维瞬态场路耦合有限元分析方法,分析了在不同直流偏磁的情况下,变压器铁心磁力线分布、励磁电流情况。分析结果表明,随直流电流的增加,变压器铁心饱和度和漏磁增大,磁感应强度增加,励磁电流谐波畸变较轻,三相五柱变压器抗直流偏磁能力较强?????

irect current(DC) bias phenomenon is that the DC flows into the windings of transformers through neutral point,which is harmful to the characteristics of the transformers online.It causes the local overheating of transformer ,increasing of transformer core leakage magnetic flux,and insulation ageing.In this paper, 2-dimensional transient finite element method coupled with circuit loop was adopted to study the no-load three-phase five limbs transformer on the basis of DC magnetic bias,which was used to analyze distribution of magnetic field lines of transformer core and excitation current.The result indicate that with the increasing of DC,the saturation and the magnetic flux of core incressed.however, the harmonic distortion of excitation current is light,three-phase five limbs has a strong capacity to resist DC bias.
