(R)-N-(3-氟-4-吗啉苯基)-噁唑酮-5-甲基醇是新一代噁唑酮类抗菌药Linezolid的重要中间体。本文研究了新的(R)-N-(3-氟-4-吗啉苯基)-噁唑酮-5-甲基醇合成工艺路线,能简化反应工序,反应条件温和,大大降低生产成本。同时对新工艺的主要反应进行了优化,得到了适宜的工艺条件。

(R)-N-(3-Fluoro-4-morpholinylphenyl) -2-oxo-5-oxazolidinylmethanol is the main intermediates of antibacteial agents linezolid which ia a new generation oxazolidine ketones. The new synthetic technology of (R)-N-(3-Fluoro-4-morpholinylphenyl) -2-oxo-5-oxazolidinylmethanol was studied. The new method had many advantages such as the simple operation steps, the low price materials and the lowering production cost. And through optimizing the main reaction, the optimum conditions were obtained.
