85Kr惰性气体监测仪的现场校准方法研究
Investigation of Field Calibration Method for Krypton-85 Noble Gas Monitor
针对现场85Kr惰性气体监测仪不易拆卸、需连续工作、缺少量值传递标准、传统校准方式仅测量效率等问题,该文基于气体扩散理论设计了85Kr现场校准方法并确定了85Kr的约定量值。基于校准方法研制了85Kr现场校准装置,并对其性能进行了测试,与国内标准装置在5%以内符合良好。85Kr惰性气体监测仪现场校准装置可提供85Kr活度浓度范围为(1.0×105~1.0×1010) Bq?m-3,装置相对扩展不确定度为6.8%~9.0%(k=2)。依托该装置开展了部分85Kr惰性气体监测仪的性能评估,结果表明:部分在用85Kr惰性气体监测仪存在量程小,高85Kr活度浓度响应非线性偏差大的问题。
iming at the calibration problems of krypton-85 noble gas monitor, such as difficult disassembly, continuous operation, lack of standard equipment for value transfer, efficiency calibration only via traditional method, based on gas diffusion theory this paper designs krypton-85 on-site calibration method and defines the conventional true value of krypton-85.On-site calibration device was developed. Besides, the on-site application of the device was completed and the performance of some krypton-85 noble gas monitors was evaluated. The results show that the device can provide krypton-85 activity concentration between 1.0105 Bqm-3 and 1.01010 Bqm-3, the relative extend uncertainty of 6.8%-9.0% (k=2). At present, there are problems with small measuring range and large nonlinear deviation of high krypton-85 activity concentration response in the use of noble gas monitors.
