苯丙炔酸是由β-苯基丙烯酸先经过溴化加成,在氢氧化钾的醇溶液中脱去两分子的溴化氢后,浓盐酸酸化制备的。本文对所制备的苯丙炔酸进行了质谱、13C核磁共振分析和红外表征.同时为提高苯丙炔酸的产率,本文主要通过调节溴化加成反应的温度和氢氧化钾甲醇溶液的浓度来实现。

he preparation of phenylpropiolic acid(PhPA) consists of the addition reaction of β-phenylacrylic acid, and the elimination reaction of β-phenylacrylic acid dibromide in the methanol solution of potassium hydroxide(KOH). Through the measurements of mass spectrum, FT-IR, and 13C NMR, PhPA was characterized. For improvement of PhPA yield, the temperature of the addition reaction and the concentration of KOH were studied as well
