目的 观察PBCP对比格犬牙周骨缺损愈合方式的影响。方法 将12只成年比格犬的上颌两侧第三切牙人工制造牙周组织缺损,随机在一侧缺损处植入PBCP做为实验组,对侧做空白对照,3个月后对切片行牙周组织学观察。结果 实验组新生牙槽骨形成量明显多于对照组,实验组有新附着形成,对照组仍然为长结合上皮愈合。 结论 应用PBCP可促进牙周组织的再生。

he purpose of the present study was to evaluate healing of surgically-created labial alveolar bone dehiscence following treatment with or without porous biphasic calcium phosphate (PBCP) in Beagle dogs. Alveolar bone dehiscences were surgically created bilaterally at the labial aspects of maxillary third incisors in twelve beagle dogs. After root conditioning, PBCP were filled in defects and contralaterals were put nothing. Beagle dogs were killed at the 3 months. Histological observations were processed through light microscopy. The results revealed the healing in PBCP groups evidenced a new attachment apparatus and that in the control groups demonstrated a long junctional epithelium. There was always much more bone fill in PBCP groups compared to the control groups in the same dog. In this study, PBCP had proved to work well as a bioactive and osteoconductive scaffold material to promote periodontal regeneration effectively.
