Micro-mixing channel plays an important role in microfluidics. Microcircular channel fabricated by microwire molding method features the exclusive wall-through hole. Velocity vectors at crossing hole were used to characterize the microflowing channel and aided design of micromixing channel. Synthesis of particles was primarily realized by the micromixing channel. The results showed that microciruclar channel, compared with microchannel fabricated via soft photolithography method performed better in mixing two separate fluids and provided a novel way to synthesize particles
