基于黄金分割法的二次加工区域搜索算法研究

曲率半径变化较大的自由曲面,利用黄金分割法进行二次加工区域精确搜索。通过三点圆弧逼近近似计算曲率半径值,快速确定出曲面二次加工区域的大体位置,避免盲目搜索,缩减计算量,提高了搜索效率。再引入黄金分割原理快速精确搜索二次加工区域边界。通过实例验证,本文提出的算法计算效率得到显著提高且能够准确的搜索过切区域。

Freeform surface with large curvature radius variation,the golden section method is proposed to detect secondary operation regions of freeform surfaces. The three points arc approximating method was used to approximately compute the curvature radius to judge the secondary operation region. The algorithm significantly reduces computing time and improves the search efficiency. By the golden section method can accurately detect the overcutting regions. Computer implementation and practical examples are also presented in this paper.
