稀释法快速检测牛奶中的铜

本实验用稀释法预处理牛奶样品,测牛奶中铜的含量为4.2ug/mL。同时用不同浓度的硝酸对牛奶进行稀释,确定用0.5%的硝酸稀释为最佳测定条件。同时,测量铜的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2951%,加标回收率为100%。并且,还与国标法进行了比较,测定结果大体一致。实验结果表明,稀释法操作简单,加标回收率和精密度都很理想,测定铜的含量准确,是一种快捷、方便、准确的测量方法。
In this experiment, the samples of milk are diluted with 0.5% nitric acid, then measure the copper content in them and the result is 4.2ug/mL .At the same time, to talk about the effect caused by different concentrations of nitric acid in deal with milk, and nitric acid of 0.5% is selected the optimum conditions in diluting. The relative standard deviation is 1.2951% and the recovery was 100%. Furthermore, compared with national standard method, the measured results are consistent. By comparing the experimental results, it shows that the dilution method is simple, and the recovery and precision are satisfactory. The dilution method is a fast convenient and accurate measurement method.
